1.  Print new menu:

           Summer Session 1

              **from June 20th through July 21st

           Summer Session 2

           ** from July 25th through August 24th

2.  Choose one of the following three options to turn in your new menu:

          1.  Pay through PayPal:

           -> Go to PayPal now

          2.  OR pay by check and attach to your menu.   Make sure to keep a copy of the menu for yourself!

         4.  OR pay by check or fill out our CREDIT CARD form and mail to:
