We offer a variety of menus.  These menus are available in buffet style or sit-down style.  We offer the classic menu along with the following menus:  ISLAND MENU, ITALIAN MENU, BBQ MENU, MEXICAN STYLE MENU, AND OUR HOLIDAY MENU.  Upon emailing our staff, we will send you a complete menu packet of all our menus, including the following CLASSIC MENU:

This menu includes:

Classic ware and utensils, (china is available for an additional fee), professional staff and 1 server linens for buffet tables and standard buffet lay out.

 All catering services include buffet set up and break down.  Our professional staff helps collect your guests plates.
