CALIFORNIA CATERING DOES NOT USE ANY PRODUCTS CONTAINING PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED OILS.  In addition, we DO NOT FRY ANYTHING.  Our pledge to our customers and students is that we purchase the highest quality food products that are available through our distributor.  For more information regarding our food service distributor, please click on the "food safety regulation" link on the left bottom portion of this web page.  We purchase fresh fruits and vegetables on a regular basis and fresh cut fruit is always available on the salad bar.
